This position will report directly to the Marketing Manager and Project Manager. In this role there will be opportunities to build lasting relationships and to collaborate with our Real Estate, Property Management, and Marketing departments. The ideal candidate will be a creative individual with fantastic interpersonal skills and have a strong work ethic.Skills:Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as great copywriting and proofreading skills.Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing.Must have a high level of creativity.Thrives in a fast-paced environment.Experience with Facebook Business Suite, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and Google Ads.Familiar with the following software’s: Illustrator, Canva, Biteable, and ClickUp.Experience with Matterport and Photography is not required but an asset.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Develop clear and compelling messaging, and communications for marketing campaigns, email marketing, and social media platforms. Be responsible for producing, editing, and maintaining rental ads on all platforms (Craigslist, Zumper & Padmapper, Kijiji, Facebook Marketplace, MLS, etc). Create industry-leading marketing collateral for social media and all digital advertisements. Creating and updating print signage for our Presentation Center and front office. Assist with SEO and website updates.Write optimized blog posts as a tool for SEO and engagement.Collaborate coordination of a variety of events. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends on Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, and Email marketing.Create paid Google, Facebook, and Instagram advertisements. Create monthly market report videos.Job Type: 1 Year Contract, Maternity CoverageIn OfficeMonday to Friday9:00am-5:00pmSalary: $45,000 - $55,000
