The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for planning, optimizing and tactical execution of automated email campaigns; integration of marketing technologies, and initiating new life cycle marketing projects. This position assists overall marketing and communications teams, admissions team, as well as vendors, looks for ways to improve and personalize the prospective student experience through marketing automation technologies, in alignment with our corporate strategic imperatives. 

  • Support the day-to-day responsibilities of the marketing team with performance marketing
  • Contribute to projects within the Marketing & Communications team
  • Participate in the collection, review and analysis of data, adherence to policies, procedures and programs
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other teams on cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Create email campaigns, lead nurturing journey, lead scoring models, performance reports, lead generation forms, data governance, dynamic content, audience segmentations, chatbots flows etc.
  • Contribute to a positive corporate culture that supports equity, inclusion, learning, and wellness
  • Uphold the integrity of data privacy and complies with CASL legislation
  • Three years of experience in marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT or other related disciplines
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in marketing funnel, personalization, marketing automation software like Marketo/Salesforce/Eloqua/Pardot
  • Experience working with paid media, HTML, CSS considered an asset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
