Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a drive for results. The ideal candidate will have experience in the agency world or within another video production company. As we are a growing business, you will be expected to wear several hats, from marketing to sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities: Marketing & Branding: Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence. This includes overseeing website updates, social media marketing, and content creation.Sales: Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer solutions that fit their objectives. This also involves drafting proposals, quotes, and pitches.Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, from cold outreach to networking at industry events.Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with current and potential clients to ensure their satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling or repeat business.Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. This will aid in the creation of innovative strategies and offerings.Collaborate: Work closely with the production team to ensure alignment between client expectations and our deliverables.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Minimum of 3 years experience in the agency world or video production environment.Proven track record in sales, marketing, and business development.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms including basic Wordpress skills.Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
