Position: Marketing Project & Packaging Coordinator Reports to: Sr. Marketing Director We are looking for a Marketing Project and Packaging Coordinator to join our Marketing team. The Marketing Project and Packaging Coordinator is responsible for managing timelines, milestones, and tasks regarding the development of all marketing materials and assigning them to the appropriate team members. You will keep all projects on track and ensure projects are delivered within the timelines. You will also lead all new and revised packaging projects for our Private Label customers. Opportunities In this role, you will coordinate the project workflow of all marketing projects and related activities. You will ensure each task is scheduled within Wrike, our project management software, and all deliverables are received on time. You will also work with our external partners with regards to service delivery and project completion. Therefore, exceptional communication and organizational skills are vital in this role in order to be successful. As the Private Label packaging lead, you will work with external customers to create packaging for new products, manage edits, gather feedback from key stakeholders through Ziflow, packaging review software, and ensure all legal requirements are met.
