This role requires someone who is proficient in using technology and social media platforms to generate business leads, conduct interviews, mentor others, and attend weekly training sessions.

We follow a structured, proven marketing system and provide in-depth and extensive training and mentoring to new directors.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience with social media apps/platforms such as (LinkedIn, Facebook)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, (Phone and Zoom)
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to follow a proven sales system and receiving training and guidance.
• Experience with personal development considered a strong asset.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Create ad content for social media and other marketing initiatives.
• Generate leads from various social media outlets.
• Interview candidates through a structured format.
• Receive structured training and development that follows a proven strateg.
