Job Duties
The position holder shall undertake the following functions:
1. Performs job functions consistent with the mission, vision, and mandate of Saskatchewan Polytechnic.
2. Organizes documents and records according to established classifications on SharePoint; Keeps updated files with particular emphasis on the maintenance of confidentiality of classified information.
3. Provides administrative support on revenue development activities; Assists in the portfolio marketing plan and initiatives.
4. Administers surveys to organize, summarize, measure, or gather information concerning portfolio projects and activities using different systems and platforms.
5. Assists in enrolment tracking, section creation, and preparation of reports on established key performance indicators.
6. Maintains office supplies and consumable materials and prepares requisition forms for the replenishment of such.
7. Undertakes booking of rooms and computer labs for class delivery and in-person exams.
8. Sorts and arranges for the mailing and delivery of company mails, parcels, and other logistical requirements of administering in-person student exams.
9. Provides liaison, coordination, and follow-up to concerned stakeholders as required by the assigned tasks.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)
1.Grade 12 plus a recognized office education or business certificate/diploma or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
2.Minimum of two years recent and relevant experience performing administrative and clerical work.
3.Training and/or experience at the intermediate level in the use of common software packages, i.e. MS Word and Excel.
4.Knowledge of common office procedures.
5.Effective interpersonal skills.
6.Effective communication skills.
7.Effective organizational skills.
8.Effective proofreading skills.
9.Ability to work independently under generalized supervision.
10.Demonstrates valuing diversity.
