What You Will Do :

The Rebates Coordinator will be responsible for successful administration of Stryker’s Value Add Programs. This position involves day-to-day administration of Stryker’s Contracted Rebates and requires close interactions with customers, legal, finance, marketing, sales, and senior leadership teams.  This individual works collaboratively with our third-party vendor, FORMA AI, as well as Malbek to ensure complete and accurate programming of rebates and will drive continuous improvement in within this process.

This is a great opportunity for someone who possesses an acute sense of urgency, attention to detail and strong analytical skills with a customer service orientation. This role provides a unique opportunity to work cross-divisionally and build relationships with both internal and external customers. Additional responsibilities include:

• Act as the initial point of contact for value-add inquiries, including day to day management and monitoring of the shared email inbox.
• Monitor and manage contractual obligations, such as rebate payments, program funding payments, Stryker Dollar approvals, etc.
• Actively participant in update/issue meetings with FORMA AI
• Develop a strong understanding of FORMA and performs administrative duties to ensure accuracy and completeness of value adds.
• Utilize resourcefulness and critical thinking skills to research and resolve inquiries and employ excellent time management and organizational skills to follow up with on outstanding issues within expected timelines.
• Facilitate the timely payment of contractual value adds, include new vendor set ups, payment approvals, payment tracking and customer reporting.
• Engage in continuous improvement reviews, and provides recommendations, solutions, supports ideas and initiatives.

What You Need :

Required :

• Post Secondary Education

Preferred :

• Relevant experience in the medical devices industry
• Oracle ERP and Cognos skills
• 1-2 years’ experience with contracts, pricing and/or value adds
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Bilingualism (French and English)
