Job Description - Business Development Executive

We operate in an industry where clienttailored service offerings and the ability to execute recruitment engagement on time and on budget foster relationships with clients and drive business success. In this role you will spend your time prospecting for new clients.

This role will report to the partner.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop a Strong Sales Pipeline: Build and meticulously maintain a resilient sales pipeline.
  • Engage in Effective Prospecting: Execute prospecting activities such as cold calling emailing LinkedIn and networking with a strategic approach ensuring that each effort is purposeful and targeted.
  • Nurture and Expand Relationships: Carefully foster and expand client relationships identifying new opportunities for collaboration and engagement within the mining industry.
  • Represent the Brand: Act as a distinguished ambassador for Rubiconpath representing the brand with utmost professionalism.

Required qualifications:

  • 5 years experience in selling permanent placement and staff augmentation services to business and Information technology areas in medium and large corporate accounts
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth and client acquisition particularly in the recruitment industry
  • Strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency with CRM
