Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Hatch is seeking a dynamic and driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be independent, resourceful, innovative, and have strong critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content - Analyze data to optimize marketing campaigns and drive ROI - Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling digital campaigns - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field - 1+ year of experience in digital marketing - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
