Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

HollyFrontier is seeking a hardworking and motivated Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This is a full-time entry-level position with zero years of experience required. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and online advertising. - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. - Assist in creating content for social media posts, email newsletters, and other digital marketing materials. - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. - Work with external vendors and agencies to execute various digital marketing initiatives. - Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. - Experience with social media platforms and digital analytics tools is a plus.
