Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at J.M. Smucker in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As an Associate level role, you will be responsible for supporting the digital marketing team in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across various channels including social media, email marketing, and online advertising - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling digital content - Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Support the coordination of events and promotions related to digital marketing initiatives - Assist in managing relationships with external agencies and vendors

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 4 years of experience in digital marketing or related field - Confident and hardworking individual with strong leadership and persuasion skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
