Colgate-Palmolive is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, entry-level position that offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital marketing campaigns that align with business goals - Create and manage digital content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing - Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools - Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing - Support the development of creative assets for digital marketing initiatives - Work with external partners, such as agencies and vendors, to execute digital marketing projects - Assist in the planning and execution of virtual events and webinars - Contribute to the development of marketing presentations and reports

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field - Passionate about digital marketing and staying ahead of trends - Resilient and able to adapt to changing circumstances - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent presentation skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
