Job Description - Digital Marketing Specialist

Your Involvement In The Team
  • Optimize content for the organization's website and social media;
  • Plan and create engaging content on our various platforms;
  • Develop strategies to meet customer needs;
  • Analyze website results and data;
  • Create product materials (presentations, brochures, electronic ads)
  • Implement digital marketing and communication programs for Delta customers.
  • Manage website integration with other platforms such as CMS and Intranet.
  • Write video scripts and develop storyboards.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and suppliers;
  • Work with external film agencies as well as produce and edit in-house videos to promote Delta's products, capabilities and installation instructions.
Which Makes You The Ideal Candidate
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel);
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop/Illustrator;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Video editing and development skills;
  • Knowledge of systems (ERP, CMS/CRM), an asset;
  • Experience with social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
  • Bilingual (written and spoken); French & English
  • Ability to establish relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Solid knowledge of search engine optimization
  • Video development and editing skills an asset
  • Experience of website content management systems; knowledge of Sitecore an asset
