Job Description - Jr Sales & Recruitment Consultant

THE ROLE

The role as a specialised 360 Sales Consultant in the tech industry, you will be responsible for full cycle recruitment, managing your own desk, and identifying top talent for a variety of technical positions including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Systems Analysts, Network Administrators, DevOps Engineers, Cybersecurity Analysts, IT Project Managers, Cloud Engineers, Full Stack Developers, AI/Machine Learning Engineers, and more.

  • Cultivate and expand existing client relationships to drive business growth
  • Source and engage with top tech candidates for specialized roles
  • Research new market segments and develop innovative business strategies to attract new clients
  • Conduct in-depth client meetings and deliver compelling proposals to secure new business
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive intelligence to stay ahead in the tech recruitment landscape.

PACKAGE

At Hays, we offer a dynamic and high-performing work environment where our uncapped commission structure surpasses industry standards. The salary for this role consists of a base salary of $40,000, with an average earning potential of $65,000-$80,000 in the first year. However, it is important to note that there is ample opportunity to exceed this earning potential.
