Job Description:
Autoliv is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a Marketing Assistant, you will provide essential support to the marketing department and contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies. This is an Associate Level position, ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in marketing.
Responsibilities: - Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content - Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels - Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior and trends - Coordinate and organize marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities - Monitor and track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for management - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in brand messaging - Assist in managing social media platforms and engaging with followers - Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Adaptable and confident personality traits - Problem-solving and planning soft skills
