Remote Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Loopio is looking for a Remote Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in Toronto, Ontario. As a full-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in marketing. We are seeking an energetic and reliable individual with strong persuasion and adaptability skills to help drive our marketing initiatives forward.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and email marketing. 3. Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 4. Assist in planning and coordinating events, webinars, and conferences to promote Loopio's products and services. 5. Monitor and report on marketing KPIs and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns. 6. Support the creation of marketing collateral, including presentations, whitepapers, case studies, and sales materials. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing to provide fresh ideas and innovative solutions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 4. Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Experience with project management and multitasking. 7. Knowledge of design principles and experience with graphic design is a plus.
