Marketing Assistant

Job description:

We are seeking a motivated and confident Marketing Assistant to join our team at Bank of New York Mellon Corp. in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have a knack for managing relationships with people.

Responsibilities: - Assist the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns and strategies - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are implemented effectively - Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns - Provide support in organizing events and other promotional activities - Assist in creating and updating reports on marketing activities - Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and branding

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field - 1 year of experience in marketing or a similar role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms - Confident and motivated individual with a passion for marketing - Excellent people management skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask
