Marketing Associate

Univar is seeking a reliable and passionate Marketing Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, the Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in marketing and demonstrate strong leadership and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Create content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals - Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to track success and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and growth

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing - Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
