Remote Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Eastman Chemical Company is seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Marketing Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This full-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, energetic, have strong decision-making skills, and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Eastman Chemical products - Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for growth - Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms - Collaborate with the sales team to drive lead generation and conversion - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives - Assist in the production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements - Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to support marketing activities - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - 1 year of experience in marketing or a related role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital marketing tools - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines - Willingness to learn and grow within the company
