Job Description:

As a Marketing Associate at Markel in Vancouver, British Columbia, you will play a vital role in supporting the marketing team in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Markel's products and services - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry - Analyze data and provide recommendations for improving marketing performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives - Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and advertisements - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns - Support social media and digital marketing efforts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Confident and passionate about marketing - Demonstrated emotional intelligence and leadership skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
