Online Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

As an Online Marketing Assistant at Fifth Third Bancorp, you will be responsible for supporting the online marketing team in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention. You will work closely with the marketing manager to execute campaigns across various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the creation and optimization of online marketing campaigns - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels - Update website content and assist with search engine optimization efforts - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to drive engagement and increase brand awareness - Assist with the development of email marketing campaigns, including content creation and list management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to recommend new digital marketing strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field - 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Resilient and adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics - Knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising techniques
