Online Marketing Assistant

Job Description: Hatch is seeking a talented and driven Online Marketing Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a key member of the marketing department, the Online Marketing Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the creation and execution of online marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and digital advertising - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of marketing efforts - Collaborate with internal teams to develop content for online marketing initiatives - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for optimization - Assist in the management of social media accounts and engage with followers - Support the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, reports, and promotional assets - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in online marketing or a similar role - Motivated and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills - Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to work independently and collaboratively - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
