Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise to internal sales teams and external customers
- Engage with customers and prospects to understand their technical requirements and
provide solutions as needed
- Collaborate with the Sales Director and Product team to develop technical sales tools that
drive our pipeline forward
- Assist the sales team in customer acquisition
- Collaborates with commercial team to provide customers with compelling technical solutions
and product education at all stages of the pipeline (pre-and post-sale)
- Ability to eliminate sales obstacles using creative and adaptive approaches
- Attend and actively contribute to internal sales meetings
- Stay knowledgeable in your field's updates by continuing to read and study new data
- This is a cross functional role liaising with the Commercial and Product teams, and requires
both technical and business acumen. As the business grows, there will be opportunity to scale this position into a supervisory role. Required Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc. in Computer science or computer engineering required
- 3+ years of comprehensive experience as a B2B SAAS engineer
- Proven proficiency in API tools (XML and RESTful)
- Excellent understanding of the sales cycle and solution selling processes
- Negotiation and social problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to improve efficiency, whether with enablement tools, automation, or analytics
- Ability to travel to sales conferences globally (:10% travel)
- Fluency in English is a must; fluency in other languages a plus
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience using Hubspot is an asset
- Familiarity with travel technology is preferred
- Experience working in a start-up environment is preferred
