Qualicare location offers home care services that focus on providing the best quality of life for our clients and peace of mind for their families.Job SummaryReporting to the Manager , the Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the business development of the agency by networking and connecting with healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and eldercare facilities to generate sales referrals for home care solutions. She/he will coordinate and manage sales within a defined geographic area and ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating local marketing & business opportunities.ResponsibilitiesDevelops a sales and marketing planPlans and creates business development opportunitiesFollows the Qualicare sales system to promote Qualicare servicesConducts a minimum of 35 sales calls per weekEstablishes working rapport with health care professionals and potential referral sources within a designated territoryIdentifies new business opportunities and creates and builds proposalsManages sales accounts and meets financial targets with respect to sales and business development opportunitiesParticipates in opportunities to increase social media activity and effectivenessQualificationsComputer proficiency - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM databasesFamiliarity with social media platformsSales and marketing backgroundHas a vehicle with a valid drivers license and car insuranceStrong time management and planning skillsStrong interpersonal and presentation skillsDetail oriented Job ID: 25557591
