Job Description:Job Description Reports To:Front Office Manager/General Manager Summary:The Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Best Vanity Toronto is responsible for both internal and external sales and digital marketing activities, focusing on bathroom vanities and accessories. This role involves managing contracts, driving sales revenue, overseeing customer and vendor relations, and enhancing sales performance. The Coordinator will ensure client needs are met and exceeded from the initial contact through to follow-up. Responsibilities also include managing accounts receivable, conducting internal and external marketing analysis, and maintaining an active social media presence to ensure all online content is consistently current. Core Competencies:Customer FocusCommunicationTeamworkQuality OrientationTime ManagementAdaptability/FlexibilityCreative and Innovative ThinkingDecision-Making and JudgementPlanning and OrganizingProblem-SolvingMediating and NegotiatingDevelopment and Continual LearningDigital MarketingSocial Media ManagementContent Creation and WritingGraphic Design Job Duties:Drive sales of bathroom vanities and accessories by managing the sales process from inquiry to closure.Create and supervise contracts and ensure all client specifications are met with utmost satisfaction.Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and customers, ensuring all interactions add value to Best Vanity Toronto.Manage and update the product listings on various online platforms including our website and third-party e-commerce platforms.Design, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across different channels.Produce high-quality content for our digital platforms including blogs, newsletters, and social media posts to engage customers and promote our products.Handle social media interactions and grow our online presence by implementing strategies that enhance audience engagement.Maintain meticulous records of sales and client interactions in the Zoho Inventory system.Oversee the showroom’s layout and presentation, ensuring the space is effectively utilized to enhance customer experience and sales.Provide detailed monthly reports on market analysis, sales trends, and campaign effectiveness.Assist with the management of accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments.Support the design team with graphic content that aligns with brand standards. Requirements:University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in sales and marketing, particularly with bathroom products.Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategies, and e-commerce.Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software (preferably Zoho), and graphic design software.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Working Conditions:Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required.Some travel is necessary.This is a contract position for maternity leave coverage with the potential for permanent employment.
