The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, eager to roll up their sleeves and make a significant impact.   This a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid work model, working four days from our Toronto, Ontario office.   WE WILL TRUST YOU TO… (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)   Develop and lead the execution of integrated marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across various channels (digital, social media, content, events, etc.). Oversee and manage marketing programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable results. Expand CEO.CA's social media presence, creating and implementing strategies to grow our following and engagement on platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and articulate CEO.CA's value proposition and product differentiators.  Ideate, test, and iterate new growth strategies, optimizing performance through data-driven insights. Lead the development and optimization of omnichannel nurture programs to deepen customer engagement throughout their lifecycle. Write and edit compelling marketing copy, ensuring messaging consistency across all channels. Implement and manage marketing automation workflows to generate and nurture leads, accelerating opportunities through the funnel. Conduct A/B tests and analyze website conversion metrics to continually improve user experience and campaign effectiveness. Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance, providing actionable insights to the leadership team. Undertake additional ad hoc assignments and duties as assigned.   YOU WILL NEED TO BE/BRING… (QUALIFICATIONS)   5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, with a proven track record of managing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing. Experience in growing and managing social media channels, driving engagement and user growth. Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for crafting persuasive marketing copy. Ability to think strategically while executing tactically, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. Proficient knowledge of capital markets, venture investing, or the mining industry is a plus.
