Pickering Ontario area with hiring of a Territory/Regional Sales Manager. Product: Outdoor Wood products, Metal tubing or similar experience preferred
The Regional Sales Manager leads a team of outside sales professionals to drive profitable sales growth within their designated territory. This role involves providing hands-on leadership and support through field visits, relationship building, prospecting, and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales and margin goals in line with company objectives
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to create and implement effective sales plans
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and develop sales strategies to capitalize on opportunities
- Expand and enhance core business activities
- Lead the introduction of new products and services into the market
Key Accountabilities: - Recruit, train, and mentor Outside Sales Associates and other team members
- Provide on-the-job training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- Ensure team members are equipped with necessary sales tools and resources
- Drive a customer-centric approach to sales and build lasting business relationships
Essential Qualifications: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Ability to support sales teams in expanding into new product lines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Proven problem-solving skills and business acumen

- Creative and critical thinking abilities
Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in sales, sales leadership, or sales training
- Industry-related experience preferred
Travel Requirements: - Approximately 50% to 75% travel outside the local area, including overnight stays. Gas and accommodation paid
