Valid and current Driver's License with clean driving record Ability to maintain a good driving record People-focused and passionate about providing great customer service Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada Responsibilities: Performing a variety of vehicle cleaning tasks such as (but not limited to) washing, polishing, buffing, interior cleaning, and window cleaning. Cleaning upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces, using cleaning agents, applicators and cleaning devises. Inspecting quality of work to ensure customer satisfaction Recording customer concerns and passing them on to the correct contact person Supporting colleagues as required (i.e. standing in during absences) Adhering to all Health and Safety requirements Welcoming prospects and customers, identifying their concerns and notifies the relevant colleague Inspiring enthusiasm for the brand among new prospects and customers and develops and maintains existing relationships.
