Job Description:

Stantec is seeking a talented Content Writer to join our team on a remote basis. As an Associate level writer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content for our various platforms and channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Researching industry trends and topics to create compelling written content for our website, blog, social media, and more. 2. Collaborating with the marketing and communications team to develop and execute content strategies. 3. Editing and proofreading content to ensure accuracy and consistency. 4. Conducting interviews with subject matter experts to gather information for articles and case studies. 5. Keeping up-to-date with SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines. 6. Generating ideas for new content and identifying opportunities to repurpose existing content. 7. Meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in content writing, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment. 3. Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting. 5. Driven and resourceful with a passion for storytelling. 6. Strong persuasion and emotional intelligence skills to create compelling narratives. 7. Experience with content management systems and SEO tools.
