Communications Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Communications Specialist to join our team at Mondelēz International in Montreal, Quebec. As a Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to effectively deliver key messages to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute communication plans to support various initiatives and projects - Write and edit content for various communication channels including press releases, social media posts, newsletters, and internal announcements - Coordinate with different departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding - Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess effectiveness and make continuous improvements - Manage relationships with media outlets and journalists to leverage opportunities for coverage - Assist in crisis communication strategies and response as needed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide communication efforts - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in communications

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a communication role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
