Content Writer

Job Description:

Sun Life is seeking a talented and creative Content Writer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an entry-level Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content for our various platforms and channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop content that effectively communicates Sun Life's brand and values to our target audience.

Responsibilities: - Writing and editing content for Sun Life's website, social media channels, email campaigns, and other marketing materials - Conducting research to gather information for content creation - Collaborating with the marketing team to develop content strategies - Ensuring all content is consistent with Sun Life's brand voice and style guidelines - Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing - Proofreading and editing content for accuracy and readability - Participating in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for content

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field - Excellent writing and editing skills - Strong attention to detail - Resilient and resourceful problem solver - Creative thinker with strong negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus
