Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Online Social Media Manager to join our team at LKQ in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate Level Online Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our website - Create and schedule engaging content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, comments, and messages, and respond in a timely and professional manner - Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and make informed decisions - Collaborate with internal teams to create social media campaigns and promotions - Stay up-to-date on social media trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Strong decision-making skills - Ability to work collaboratively with others - Knowledge of social media analytics tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Experience with graphic design is a plus
