Job Description:

Mondelēz International is seeking a motivated and confident Public Relations Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level with a requirement of 3 years of experience in public relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the company's reputation and brand awareness - Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media contacts - Monitor and analyze media coverage to identify opportunities and potential risks - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding - Assist with crisis communication efforts as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in public relations or a similar role - Strong project management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in media monitoring and analysis tools - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - A high level of professionalism and attention to detail
