Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Kellogg is seeking a motivated and energetic Social Media Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts - Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns - Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategy with overall marketing objectives - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices - Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI - Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner - Manage social media influencers and brand ambassadors - Provide regular reports on social media performance to stakeholders

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management - Strong project management and people management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media analytics tools - Creative thinker with a passion for social media marketing - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus
