Remote Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Land O’Lakes is seeking a Remote Social Media Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a full-time position at the Associate Level, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in social media management. We are looking for someone who is independent, resourceful, skilled in negotiation, and possesses strong leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize strategies - Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing and business goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media management - Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets - Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely manner - Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and engage with target audience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in social media management - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency with social media analytics tools - Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing social media strategies - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong negotiation and leadership skills - Experience working remotely is a plus
