Job Description:
Whirlpool is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to align with marketing goals and objectives - Create and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to track key metrics and optimize campaigns - Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency of messaging and branding across all platforms - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and drive conversions - Build and maintain relationships with influencers and external partners to expand our online presence
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management - Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns and growing online communities - Strong communication and writing skills with a keen eye for detail - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong cooperation and people management skills - Proficiency in social media analytics tools and Microsoft Office suite - Knowledge of SEO and online marketing strategies - Experience with social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
