Remote Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Old Republic International is seeking a Remote Social Media Manager based in Toronto, Ontario, CA to join our dynamic team. As an Entry Level Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing all social media channels for the company, creating engaging content, and implementing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. 2. Manage all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. 3. Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written content. 4. Monitor social media channels for customer comments and feedback, and respond in a timely and professional manner. 5. Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on performance and insights for improvement. 6. Stay up to date on social media trends and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to drive growth. 7. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategy and goals. 8. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure brand messaging and tone are consistent across all platforms.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 3. Hardworking and resilient attitude. 4. Ability to think creatively and analytically. 5. Proficient in social media management tools and platforms. 6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 7. Prior experience in social media management is a plus, but not required. 8. Innovation and analysis skills.
