ROLE

The Integration Decision Support Lead advances a learning health system across Huron Perth by integrating high‑quality analytics into planning, clinical operations, and policy—spanning population health, primary care, and chronic disease management. The Lead partners with clinical and community stakeholders to deliver decision‑ready insights, steward data governance and privacy, and enable continuous improvement and health equity across the OHT.

The role blends strategic leadership, hands‑on analytics stewardship, and program implementation—translating data into action, aligning efforts with provincial/federal standards, and operationalizing models and dashboards that improve outcomes, experience, access, and quality.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION(S)

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science, epidemiology, public health, computer science, information systems, or related field; Master’s preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE(S)

• 5+ years in healthcare analytics/decision support or population health/primary care analytics, with demonstrated impact on programs and outcomes.


• Experience in OHT or similar integrated care environments; knowledge of provincial structures, funding, and current priorities.


• Familiarity with CIHI/MOH/LTC datasets and reporting; experience with business intelligence tools and project management. Reasonable awareness of digital health care terminology and tools.


• CHIMA designation or medical terminology knowledge.


• PMP/CAPM or equivalent project management experience in digital/health analytics.


• Proven PHI/PII handling; de‑identification and privacy‑by‑design; model governance and fairness.


• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across clinicians, managers, and community partners; adept at presentations/public speaking.


• Equity‑informed analytics (stratification, fairness, culturally safe insights); quality mindset (reproducibility, testing, peer review).


• Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and risks across complex initiatives.
