Scope of the Role

An enthusiastic and confident Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Client Outreach: Call clients (mainly farmers in the Midwest US) from a provided list.
• Information Gathering: Ask basic questions regarding the availability of water, sewer, and power.
• Deal Underwriting: Inform clients that their information will be used to underwrite deals and pass this information to the team.
• Data Entry: Input gathered information into a spreadsheet (basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets required).

Requirements:

• Communication Skills: Must speak with confidence and ideally sound like an expert in real estate (experience in real estate is a plus but not required).
• Conversational Ability: More than just asking questions off a list; must be able to engage in confident, conversational dialogue.
• Language Proficiency: Strong English skills with minimal accent required.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

• Standard Schedule: ET 10/11 am - 7 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Alternative Schedule: ET 10/11 am - 9 pm, Monday to Thursday (for those who prefer not to work on Fridays).
