Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, including but not limited to curries, tandoori items, biryanis, and vegetarian and non -vegetarian specialties.
  
• Menu Development: Assist in creating and refining the menu by introducing new dishes and ensuring they meet our high standards of taste and presentation.
  
• Ingredient Management: Select and source fresh ingredients, spices, and other necessary items. Ensure the kitchen is stocked and manage inventory levels.
  
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. Ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance with our recipes and quality guidelines.
  
• Kitchen Maintenance: Ensure the kitchen area, utensils, and equipment are clean, sanitized, and organized. Follow all health and safety regulations.
  
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff and management. Provide training and guidance to junior cooks and kitchen assistants.
  
• Customer Interaction: Occasionally interact with customers to receive feedback and tailor dishes to their preferences.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Indian Cook or similar role in a high -volume restaurant.
  
• In -depth knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques and recipes.
  
• Familiarity with various Indian regional cuisines.
  
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast -paced environment.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  
• Certification in culinary arts or a related field is preferred.
