Salary:                                         $26.30- $31.42/HR – 35 Hours per Week


Location:                                    Naughton, ON

POSITION SCOPE:


 


Reporting to the Director of Planning and Infrastructure, the Planning and Infrastructure Clerk performs and/or oversees a variety of associated administration, staff support, and planning activities. The Planning and Infrastructure Clerk also assists in the coordination of meetings, program functions, and/or special events, as appropriate. The Planning and Infrastructure Clerk will provide operational support to the Planning and Infrastructure department


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


 



  • A two-year College Diploma in Office Administration OR,

  • Equivalent education with a minimum of two (2) years administration experience in a fast-paced office setting OR,

  • A minimum of five (5) years clerical experience in an office environment


 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


 



  • Responsible for preparation, receiving and delivery of correspondences to and from the Planning and Infrastructure Department.

  • Responsible for Asset Management and implementing a Maintenance Management Plan

  • Ensure all purchase orders and cheque requisitions, related to the Planning and Infrastructure Department, are processed and filed properly.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the director.

  • Work on special projects as assigned by the Director.

  • Prepare all agendas and minutes of Staff Meetings and Manager’s Meetings.
