POSITION SCOPE:

The Secondary / Post‑Secondary Education Services Manager is responsible for the leadership, coordination, and delivery of secondary and post‑secondary education programs and student support services for Atikameksheng Anishnawbek learners, including secondary students (Grades 9–12), adult learners, and post‑secondary students.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree or diploma in Education, Indigenous Education, Social Services, Human Services, or a related field


• Minimum five (5) years of experience in secondary education, post‑secondary education, adult education, or Indigenous education programming


• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role


• Demonstrated experience supporting secondary and/or post‑secondary learners, including adult learners

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the daily delivery of secondary, adult, and post‑secondary education programs and student support services


• Serve as a primary contact for secondary and post‑secondary education‑related inquiries from students, families, and institutions


• Advocate for secondary and post‑secondary learners within education systems and service settings


• Liaise with secondary schools, school boards, post‑secondary institutions, training providers, and education partners
