Title – Retail Construction Project Manager
Duration : 6 months Contract, renewable
Work Environment: Hybrid, 50% i n Mississauga office (Tue to Thu) may be on call occasionally, very exceptionally

What You’ll Be Doing
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day project activities of complex projects for our client. You will work closely with technical teams, business- and third-party stakeholders to manage expectations related to the project scope and timeline constraints. You are accountable for the overall
delivery of Relay and Refresh projects for Store Operations . The successful candidate will also work with various levels of the organization to ensure project control procedures and policies are adhered to as per technology’s project performance standards.
How You’ll Succeed
Project Management – Outline project goals, terms of reference, resource requirements, and costs. Help create a resource plan that ensures all stakeholders have a voice on the project. Assess the efficiency of the practices and procedures used by a team and provide guidance that will continuously improve the project plan. Collaboration – Help internal partners make informed decisions about the development of programs, products, and services. Work closely with teams as you work toward a common goal and negotiate deliverables and milestones whenever necessary. Project Coordination – Proactively identify anything that will take projects off schedule and find solutions to correct the problem. Monitor milestones, and ensure they’re completed according to timelines and budgets. Execute a project plan that is personalized for your team’s preferred mix of quality, time, and cost.
