Position: 310S Mechanic

We’re seeking a skilled and reliable 310S Mechanic to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of trucks, trailers, small engines, and landscaping tools. Responsibilities:

As a 310S Mechanic, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our fleet and equipment are safe, reliable, and ready for each season. You’ll work closely with our operations team to support daily landscaping projects and keep our team moving.

Fleet & Equipment Maintenance:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair company vehicles (pickup trucks, trailers, etc.)


• Perform routine maintenance on small engines (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)


• Service and repair landscaping tools, including chainsaws, hedge trimmers, and irrigation equipment

• Inspect, diagnose and repair Company vehicles (pickup trucks, trailers, Landscape equipment)

• Conduct regular inspections to identify wear, damage, or safety issues


• Complete oil changes, brake service, tire rotations, and other basic automotive maintenance


• Troubleshoot electrical systems, hydraulics, and other mechanical components


• Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs for all vehicles and equipment

Shop Organization & Inventory Management:

• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient shop space


• Track and manage parts inventory, ensuring necessary stock levels are maintained


• Order parts and supplies as needed, working with vendors and suppliers

Collaboration & Safety:

• Work closely with the Fleet & Shop Manager and operations team to schedule repairs and minimize downtime


• Prioritize safety by following all company policies and safety guidelines


• Support the team with equipment training and proper usage practices

Qualifications:

• 310S Automotive Service technician (ATS) (required)


• Experience with small engine repair and landscaping equipment (preferred)


• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• A commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency
