As a Fleet Service Planner, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating service and maintenance activities, optimizing equipment uptime, and managing resources effectively. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and a commitment to safety.

What you’re responsible for:

• Ensuring resources are in place to perform the planned work (parts, labour, shop space etc.)
• Developing and communicating the Weekly Maintenance plan and creating work orders as required
• Ensuring open work orders meet required standard, and status is kept up to date;
• Maintaining maintenance records with current Service and PM status
• Preparing job plans for planned work
• Coordinating with service technicians and mechanics to ensure timely servicing and repairs

To join our team:

• You have a 310T certification
• You have 2 years experience relating to fleet maintenance
• You have thorough knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures
• You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• You have detailed working knowledge of planning and scheduling tools (MS Office Package, etc)
• You have the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
