Voyago is hiring a 310T Licensed Bus Mechanic/Shop Foreman for our brand new shop - located in Sudbury, ON! We also offer a relocation allowance!

Your Role

• You will work hands-on while supervising daily shop operations.
• You will mentor and support mechanics, apprentices, and shop staff.
• You are responsible for evaluating and ensuring vehicle safety through preventative maintenance as required and all in compliance with all Ministry of Transportation (MTO) and Voyago's guidelines.
• You will perform and oversee diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
• You will maintain shop workflow, efficiency, and cleanliness.
• You will complete required reports as directed (i.e. sign-off on driver-initiated repair logs and logbooks, and PM service logs by division).
• Support the Fleet Manager in scheduling, reporting, and compliance.

Your Profile

• 310T license (required)
• You have ODP certification with A/C experience.
• You have experience and working knowledge of light-duty diesel repair, as well as gasoline.
• You have superior written and verbal communication skills and sound organizational competencies.
• You demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
• You have excellent proven customer service experience.
• You have a valid G-class driving licence.
• You possess a clean driving record.
• You have a clean Criminal Record.
