The Role
Pason is seeking an Account Manager to develop, manage, and grow customer relationships across both Pason Systems and Intelligent Wellhead Systems portfolios. This role is focused on servicing existing customers while driving new business development opportunities, with a particular emphasis on completions-related solutions and the growth of IWS.
The Account Manager will act as a trusted commercial and technical partner to operators, contractors, and service providers, aligning Pason and IWS solutions with customer drilling and completions programs. This position requires strong customer-facing skills, a solid understanding of completions operations, and the ability to translate customer needs into value-driven solutions.
