Quest Audio Visual is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team of event professionals. Based out
of Toronto, you will work to establish new customers and update existing
customer accounts with the products and services they order. Our primary goal is to provide excellent customer service and ensure
high customer retention. The Account Manager (AM) role responsibility is to
grow and manage a portfolio of new and existing clients to ensure retention of
current business and support the growth and the success of the organization.
The role requires a self -starter who relishes the chance to provide Quest AV's
solutions to clients and collaborates well with colleagues and partners to help
achieve successful events. Client relationship management, solutions selling to
qualified leads, developing and presenting proposals, and ensuring the
successful delivery of Quest AV's services will all be part of your winning
formula.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
Working times may include irregular hours and on -call status including days,
evenings, weekends and holidays. Team members must adhere to appearance
guidelines as defined by Quest AV based in an office environment and when
traveling, on an individual venue or a representation of venues in that city or
area.
