Account Manager – Landscape Services

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

• Generate and qualify new leads


• Conduct site visits and prepare proposals


• Negotiate pricing and close service contracts


• Contribute to annual sales targets

Account Management

• Manage and renew an existing portfolio of clients


• Promote service enhancements and additional offerings


• Onboard new clients and maintain regular communication


• Perform property inspections to ensure service standards are met

Collaboration

• Work closely with operations, administration, and field teams


• Track sales and client performance metrics to support planning and forecasting

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in landscaping, landscape sales, or account management


• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills


• Knowledge of landscape services and seasonal operations


• Proven ability to meet sales targets while maintaining client satisfaction


• Valid G-class driver’s licence and reliable personal transportation


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:

$65,000 – $85,000 base salary + commission
