Charger Logistics is seeking a well-rounded individual able to work in a fast-paced environment to join our team at the company’s office in Brampton, Ontario.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, manage, and build new business relationship in the target market through marketing, cold calling, client consultations and follow-ups
  • Place outgoing calls to our prospective customer database to arrange introductory appointments for our Sales team
  • Build strong relationships with customers by staying in constant communication to ensure day to day and long-term needs are met
  • Deliver outstanding client experiences by going above and beyond the status quo
  • Gather and record information about the customer and their potential needs
  • Ensure customer commitments are met, working with internal teams, and executing operational tasks as needed
  • Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors
  • Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports
  • 1-2 years of inside sales and account management experience in transportation and logistics field would be an asset
  • Recent college or university degree in Sales & Marketing or Business-related field is required
  • Exceptional customer service skills, embraces the concept of both the internal and external customer
  • Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to understand the business processing requirements using technology and conceptualize creative solutions to implement them
